PRODUCT & SALES EXPERIENCE: Sheri Stookey, my design consultant, was great to work with and communicated clearly throughout the selection process. We reviewed many options until I landed on exactly the right fabric, and I appreciated her guidance confirming that open roll was the best choice for me. The shades themselves are gorgeous, and I’m very happy with them. INSTALLATION TEAM: Douglas and his team of installers did a wonderful job! Gabriel : He was responsive to my requests and willing to make very precise adjustments, which mattered given the size of the shades and how closely they are installed together. Allen : Excellent attention to detail. He understood what I wanted immediately, had the correct hardware, and completed the job properly. Stellar work.
